MR. DAVID CHAU
MR DAVID CHAU is the founding partner and managing partner of Messrs. David Chau & Artika. Mr. David Chau pursued the degree of Bachelor of Law (Hons.) in Multimedia University of Malaysia under a coveted Scholarship from the Public Service Department of Malaysia in the Upper Second Class Division. MR DAVID CHAU was admitted and enrolled as an Advocate & Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya and a member of the Bar Council of Malaysia in 2013.
DATIN SERI ARTIKA NADIA BINTI YUSOF
Datin Seri ARTIKA NADIA is the key Partner leading the Conveyancing Department of Messrs. David Chau & Artika. ARTIKA NADIA pursued the degree of Bachelor of Law (Hons.) in University Technology MARA of Malaysia (UiTM). She was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya on 12th April 2013. She is principally involved in banking, conveyancing and corporate matters including Sale and Purchase, financing of residential and commercial properties. She specialises in developer projects and she has served several top- tier developers throughout her legal practice. ARTIKA NADIA is a receipient of the Vice Chancellor Award (Anugerah Naib Canselor) awarded by University Technology MARA of Malaysia (UiTM) during her Diploma of Public Administration (Administraton Law) studies.
MS. JACQUELINE TEH LAI FONG
MS. JACQUELINE TEH joined the Firm as a Partner in year 2019. Jacqueline is experienced in various areas of practice such as conveyancing and all real estate/property matters, corporate and commercial law matters, commercial and civil litigation, probate and administration, estate planning, general and banking litigation. Jacqueline pursued her degree of Bachelor of Law (Hons.) in University of London and subsequently she also did her Master in Business Administration in Cardiff Metropolitan University at Wales. Jacqueline was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya on 1st October 2012. Prior to joining Firm, she was Partner and Head of Conveyancing Practice Group of Messrs. Azri, Lee Swee Seng & Co.
